  • Youth scouting, grassroots development, and fan activations

  • Brand partnership activations and sponsorship management

  • Cultural, entertainment, and government-backed events

  • Event ticketing, merchandising, and vendor coordination

2. Eligibility to Use

By using this Website or registering for any service:

  • You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have legal parental consent.

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into contracts as per Indian Contract Act, 1872.

  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

3. Scope of Services

4. Pricing, Payments, and Invoicing

  • All prices quoted for services or events are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of applicable GST or local taxes.

  • You agree to pay all applicable charges associated with the services as per the contract, proposal, or event listing.

  • We use third-party payment processors like Razorpay, Paytm, or direct UPI/bank transfers. All transactions are encrypted.

  • No booking is confirmed unless advance payment is received, as specified in the scope document.

  • For ticketed events, bookings are confirmed only after payment receipt, and all sales are subject to venue capacity and availability.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

The following policy applies to all bookings, registrations, and paid services:

For Event Organizers or Clients:

  • Cancellations made 15 or more days before the event date may be eligible for a partial refund (up to 50%) depending on the stage of preparation.

  • Cancellations within 14 days of the event will not be eligible for any refund.

For Participants or Attendees:

  • No refund for non-attendance or late arrival.

  • Event tickets are non-transferable unless approved in writing.

  • If the event is postponed due to weather, legal issues, or force majeure, we will notify all participants and reschedule. Refunds will be processed only if the rescheduled date is not feasible.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misrepresent yourself during registration or ticket booking

  • Interfere with other users or disrupt event operations

  • Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or spam

  • Attempt to breach our website security or tamper with event systems

  • Post abusive, harassing, or offensive content related to our staff or brand

Violation of these clauses may result in cancellation of participation without refund and possible legal action.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Organizers have the right to disqualify or remove participants for misconduct, injury risk, or violation of fair play.

  • Participants under 18 must submit a parental consent form.

  • Physical risks are involved in sports; we advise you to consult a physician before participating. Prithivi Sports is not liable for any injury, illness, or loss incurred during the event.

11. Media Rights and Usage

By participating in our events or being present at our venues, you consent to:

  • Photography and videography of the event

  • Use of your image for promotional or archival purposes

  • Social media usage by us or media partners

If you wish to opt-out from being featured, notify our team before the event begins.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

13. Limitation of Liability
